Blokker uses WhatsApp applications to expedite and simplify the application process for candidates.

One of the main benefits is that the process for candidates has become much faster and more efficient. Candidates can directly schedule an appointment to visit the Blokker store via a simple chatbot on WhatsApp. This means that candidates no longer have to wait for a response from the recruiter or HR department, resulting in a much quicker overall process.

The process:

1. The candidate arrives at WhatsApp from an (online) advertisement or QR code on posters in the store.
2. WhatsApp Chatbot requests personal information (Name, Address, and Phone Number) and asks pre-screening questions.
3. The Chatbot matches the right Blokker store with the applicant and immediately schedules an appointment using calendar integration.
4. To reduce no-shows, candidates receive an automatic message the day before the interview.
5. The store manager evaluates the applicant.
