At the Recruitment Tech Event 2024, ORANJEGROEP, in collaboration with Recrubo, won the prestigious Recruitment Tech Award 2024 in the ‘Best Case’ category. This project demonstrates how smart, AI-driven recruitment solutions can significantly impact recruitment processes and business goals. With the help of Recrubo’s advanced technology, ORANJEGROEP not only hired 500 new employees in 6 months but also saved over 500 hours on recruitment tasks. Large-Scale Recruitment with a Personal Touch

ORANJEGROEP faced the challenge of managing large-scale recruitment processes across ten European countries, in over ten different languages, with a small team. Thanks to the integration of Recrubo.ai with Carerix, this process was fully automated. Our technology translated job postings into ten languages and used an AI-driven recruiter to pre-screen candidates, invite suitable ones for interviews via WhatsApp, and schedule them. Candidates who did not immediately match were linked to relevant vacancies, ensuring a personal and relevant experience for everyone.
